Ingredients:

  • Yellow lentils (soaked) 1 cup
  • Rice flour 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1 large
  • Chopped green coriander, green chili ½ cup
  • Crushed coriander, cumin 1 tbsp
  • Curry leaves 8-10
  • Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Soda 2 pinch

Method:
Soaked yellow lentils grind. now all remaining all ingredients mix then after 10 minutes heat oil and make pakoray and fry .when golden brown then remove it and serve with chutney.

Ingredients:

  • Beef minced ½ kg
  • Green chilies grinded 1 tbsp
  • Green coriander finely chopped 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Fried onion grinded 2 tbsp
  • Boiled mashed potatoes 2
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Eggs 2
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Bread sliced 1 soaked
  • Oil for frying

Method:
Mix salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin, all spice powder, green chili powder, green coriander, potato, fried onion and bread slice. Make cutluts and roll in bread crumbs. After that dip in egg and fry.
Serve with chutney and salad.
