Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 litre
  • Jalabei 250 gms
  • Egg Yolk 3
  • Vanilla Essence ½ tsp
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Fresh Cream 1 cup
  • Almonds (roasted) 4 tbsp
  • Custard Powder 2 tbsp

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Wings 12
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Chili Garlic Sauce 4 tbsp
  • Chaat Masala 2 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Corn Flour ½ cup
  • Bread Crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil for frying

Method:
•  Marinate chicken wings add ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, chili garlic sauce, chaat masala, oregano and  leave it.
•  Coat chicken wings with corn flour.
•  Then roll in eggs, bread crumbs and fry.
•  Crispy fried wings is ready.

  • Potatoes(boiled) ½ kg
  • Mince (chicken) ½ kg
  • Mozzarella Cheese 1cup
  • Black Pepper Powder 1tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Finely Chopped Green Chilies 2tsp
  • Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves 2 tbsp
  • Eggs 2
  • Bread Crumbs 1 cup
  • Oil (for frying) as required
  • Chaat Masala 2 tsp
