  • Jalebi ½ kg
  • Milk 1 litre
  • Egg white 2
  • Whole dried milk 1 cup
  • Sugar as needed
  • Saffron ½ tsp
  • Cardamom powder ¼ tsp

add saffron, sugar, cardamom powder in the milk and let it cook on low heat. In a dish put the jalebi and pour in the cooked milk. Now combine in whisked egg whites in the milk. Lastly add whole dried milk and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C.


  • Boiled potato ½ kg
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
  • Green chili 1 tbsp
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Cottage cheese 1 cup
  • Roasted gram flour 1 cup
  • Boiled peas 1 cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Oil as needed

For Gravy:

  • Onion 1
  • Yoghurt 1
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Red chili 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green chili, coriander as needed

In a bowl, add all ingredients along with boiled potatoes. Add in the egg, and make small balls and fry in oil then take them out. For the gravy, heat oil and fry the onions. Now add yoghurt, cream, red chili, salt, turmeric, and coriander powder and cook. dish out the kofte and pour the gravy on top.


  • Red beans 250 grams
  • Tomato 2
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Cumin ½ tsp
  • Coriander as needed
  • Green chilies as needed
  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Oil ½ cup

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and cook onions until brown. Now add in ginger garlic, tomato, salt, red chili powder, cumin, turmeric and cook. Now add in the soaked beans and cook well. Put in water and shut the pressure cooker and let it cook on low heat. Once the beans are cooked well then add the coriander, green chili, and serve with boiled rice.
