Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish fillets ½ kg
  • Sweet chli sauce 2tbsp
  • Batter for tempura
  • Flour ½ cup
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Egg yolk 1
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Water to make batter as required

 

Method:
Marinate fish with salt and pepper, mix all the ingredients for batter in a bowl and form into a thickest batter, roll fish in dry flour, then dip in prepared batter, deep fry in hot oil for 5 mins, remove and refry again until done, serve hot with suree’s sweet chili sauce

  • Salt 10 gm
  • Sugar 60gm
  • Butter 100gm
  • Yeast 20gm
  • Bread improver 5 gm
  • Water 200 ml
  • Margarine 225gm
  • Mozzarella cube 100 gm

 

Method:
Making a dough flour salt sugar yeast and bread improver Together add water slowly as required then keep dough For rest then roll it out apply butter and make
folding3time keep rest for 20 min Roll the dough 5cm and 24 inch length and cut it In triangle shape stuff cheese inside a dough and Roll it nicely and keep for proving and after proving Put it in oven at 200c temperature for 10 min

Ingredients:

  • Unsalted butter 2tbsp
  • Onion small chopped 1
  • Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  • Chicken cube 150 gm
  • Tomato chopped 1 large
  • Chicken flakes ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Flour 1tbsp
  • Milk 100 ml
  • Chicken broth ½ cup
  • Red chili sauce 1tbsp
  • Garlic sauce 1 tbsp

 

Method:
Place a pan on stove make it hot put Butter when it get melt put onion Make it lite golden add garlic chilli flakes Pepper and chicken make it fry until chicken
Cooked add tomatoes and suree chicken sauce Add flour then add milk with chicken broth until light Thick , put the mixture on a desire oven prove pot
Cover with puff dough and keep in oven at 200c For 15 min chicken pie is ready

Chocolate croissant:

Ingredients

  • Flour 600gm
  • Salt 10 gm
  • Sugar 60gm
  • Butter 100gm
  • Yeast 20gm
  • Bread improver 5 gm
  • Water 200 ml
  • Margarine 225gm
  • Chocolate cube 100 gm

 

Plain croissant :

Ingredients

  • Flour 600gm
  • Salt 10 gm
  • Sugar 60gm
  • Butter 100gm
  • Yeast 20gm
  • Bread improver 5 gm
  • Water 200ml
  • Margarine 225gm
  • Egg wash 1 egg

Chocolate croissant Method:

  • Clear gel 50gm

folding3time keep rest for 20 min Roll the dough at 5cm and the length 24 inch
Cover with custard evenly all over the dough Cut into cube shape half dough stuff with Strawberry filling , and rest half cover with fresh fruit Keep for proving and after proving , put egg wash Nicely all over danish and after put it in oven
At the temperature of 200c for 10 min By brushing pour clear sweet gel for shining
