- Whole chicken 1
- Lemon juice 4tbsp
- Chili sauce 4tbsp
- Black pepper 1tsp
- All spice 1tsp
- Nutmeg ½ tsp
- Mace ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp
- Red chili powder 2tsp
- Oregano as required
- Garlic paste as required
- Oil 2to3 tbsp
Methods
- Marinate chicken with all ingredients overnight
