Ingredients:
- Mango 5-6
- Cream 300gm
- Eggs 5
- Sugar 150gm
- Flour 190gm
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Oil 50ml
- Milk 50ml
- Vanilla essence few drops
Method:
Beat eggs and sugar , now add flour, salt and baking powder , now add oil and milk , pour this batter in mould and bake on 170 deg oven for 25 min, lastly decorate with mangoes and cream and serve .
Ingredients:
For base :
- Biscuit 200 gm
- Melted butter 80gm
For filling:
- Cream cheese 250gm
- Sugar 60gm
- Lemon juice 10ml
- Mango puree 200ml
- Gelatin 10gm
- Cream 150gm
For topping:
- Gelatin 7gm
- Water 30ml
- Mango puree 200gm
- Sugar 25gm
- Water 50ml
Method:
Crush the biscuits and melt then add this in a mould to make a base, then In a bowl mix cream cheese and sugar. Now in a bowl add lemon juice, cream and whip it well and pour this in the mixture. now add all the remaining ingredients and pour this in base of mould . Lastly decorate with topping and serve .
