Ingredients for Chicken:
- Chicken breast 300gm
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Flour ½ cup
- Egg 1
- Breadcrumb 1/2 cup
- Oil for deep-frying
For Eggs:
- Onion sliced ½ cup
- Chicken stock 1/2 cup
- Soy sauce 1-½ tablespoons
- Sugar ½ tablespoon
- Eggs beaten 2
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Rice cooked to serve
- Scallion chopped to serve
Method:
Apply salt, black pepper, flour, egg, breadcrumbs in chicken fry well. Add onion, chicken stock, sugar and soya sauce mix well. Add egg cook. Add cooked rice and chicken. Garnish with green onion & serve.
Ingredients:
- Bottle gourd peeled ½ kg boiled
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Tomatoes (chopped) 2 cups
- Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
- Green chilies chopped 2
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric ¼ tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves hand full
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil as Req
METHOD:
Heat oil add cumin and green chili fry well. Add ginger garlic, chopped tomato, salt and all spice cook. Add bottle gourd cook for 2 minute more. Garnish with green coriander serve.
Ingredients:
- cream whipped 1 cup
- Condensed milk ½ cup
- Raisins 2 tbsp
- Food color pink as required
- Mixed nuts 2 tbsp
- Asharfiyan 2 tbsp
Method:
Beat cream well. Add condensed milk, black raisins, mixed nuts, asharfiyan and food color mix well. Keep in freezer, serve next day.
