Ingredients:

  • Pomfret fish ½ kg
  • Carom seeds ¼ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Chat masala 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • cumin roasted / crushed 1 tsp
  • Yellow color pinch
  • Egg 1

 

Method:

Wash fish well, marinate with carom seeds, salt, chili powder, turmeric, garlic paste, chat masala, lemon juice, white cumin roasted and crushed, yellow color and egg for 2 hours, deep fry and serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Plain flour ½ kg
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp

 

Method:

Mix all together and knead into a soft dough, make into balls, brush with oil, leave covered for few mins. Heat oil, make into parathas size of a quarter plate and deep fry. Serve with tawa qeema.

Ingredients:

  • French Fries 3 cups
  • Pizza sauce ½ cup
  • Olives 4 tbsp
  • Mushroom 4 tbsp
  • Capsicum chopped 4 tbsp
  • Jalapenos 4 tbsp
  • Mozzarella cheese as required
  • Cheddar cheese as required
  • Red chili flakes ½tsp

 

Method:

Arrange fries in a platter spread with pizza sauce all the toppings both the cheese lastly sprinkle 1/2 Tsp red chilli flakes on top grill for 5 min till cheese melts .

Ingredients:

  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Onion chopped 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Green chilies 10
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Allspice 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Raw papaya 1 tbsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves chopped ½ cup
  • Ginger slice 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Butter 4 ounce

 

Method:

Marinate coarsely chopped qeema with yogurt, raw papaya, ginger garlic paste, salt, leave it for 2 hours. Heat tawa, add ½ cup oil with marinated mince, fry well till water dries, add coarsely chopperized green chilies, coarsely chopped cumin and coriander, crushed red pepper, crushed black pepper, allspice, add in chopped onion, chopped coriander, leaves and fry well. Lastly add 4 ounce butter and remove.
