Ingredient to marinate:

  • Chicken boneless fillet 1 cup
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1tsp
  • Coriander powder 1tsp
  • All spice 1tsp
  • Red orange color few drops
  • Turmeric powder ¼tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp

Ingredient for hummus :

  • Boiled chick peas ½ cup
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Lemon juice 2tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Tahini sauce 2tbsp
  • Olive oil 2tbsp
  • Cooking oil as required

Ingredients to assemble :

  • Cucumber julienne 2
  • Carrot julienne 2
  • Radish julienne 1
  • Ice berg shredded 1
  • Grilled chicken julienne as required
  • Hummus as required
  • Garlic sauce as required
  • Pita bread as required
  • Eggs as required
  • Bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for frying

METHOD:
Grilled chicken kay liye ek mixing bowl men chicken, dahi or tamam ajza dal ker mix ker len or 2 hours kay liye fridge men rakh len. Phir grill pan ko halka oil laga ker garam karan or phir chicken fillet ko dono taraf se grill ker len.
Hummous banany kay liye chopper men ublay huway chanay or hummous kay tamam ajza dal ker 1 se 2 minutes kay liye chop ker len.
Showerma bananay kay liye pita bread ko center se kat ker hummous lagaen phir chicken or tamam ajza stuff ker len phir aatay ki laee laga ker dosra piece rakh len or phir anday men dip ker kay bread crumbs lagaen or low flame per deep fry ker len.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken wings with skin 500gm
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 1tbsp
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Vinegar 2-3tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red chili powder 1bsp
  • Turmeric powder ½tsp
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • All spice 1tsp
  • Cumin powder 1tsp
  • Red orange color few drops
  • Cutter coriander 1tsp
  • Oil for frying

Ingredients for serving :

  • Chat masala for garnish
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Salad patta for serving
  • Pita bread for serving

Method:
Ek mixing bowl men chicken wings, dahi or tamam ajza dal ker mix ker len or 2 hours kay liye fridge men rakh len. Phir karahi men oil garam ker kay wings ko itna fry karen kay wings gal jaen phir serving platter men pita bread, lemon slices, salad pattay or chat masalay kay sath wings serve karen.

Ingredients:

  • Plum 10 to 12
  • Sugar 3 tbsp
  • Red color few drops
  • Corn flour as required
  • Water 1 cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes 5 to 6

 

METHOD:
Frying pan men pani, chini or aloo Bukhara dal ker 5 se 7 minutes tak pakaen phir beej alag ker kay thora pani shamil Karen or boil anay den phir pani men mila corn flour dal ker garha ker len phir cholha band ker kay mixture ko thanda ker len.
Phir blender men milk, yogurt, ice cubes, water or aloo bukharay ka mixture dal ker 1 minute tak blend ker len.

Ingredients:

  • Egg yolks as required
  • Mustard paste as required
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar
  • Oil

METHOD:
Chopper men egg yolks dal ker chalaen phir thora thora oil shamil Karen phir salt, vinegar or mustard paste dal ker mix Karen or phir thora thora oil shamil Karen phir jab mayonnaise ki matluba thickness ajae to mayonnaise tayyar hai.
