- Beetroot 1 peeled and cubed
- Carrots 2 peeled and cubed
- Orange, or mango 2 cubed
- Cucumber 1cubed
- Milk 1 cup
- Chia seed 2 tbsp
- Ice 1 cup
- Blend all together and sprinkle the chia seed on top and enjoy
- Prawns 1/2 kg
- Rice 2 cups
- Onion sliced 2
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 tbsp chopped
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Whole spice powder 1 tbsp (Bay leaves 2 , cardamom 3, cloves 5 , cinnamon sticks 2, cumin 1 tsp , Mace 1,
- Star anise 1, black pepper corns 1 tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Oil ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Wash the rice and soak for 15 minutes.
Take a large wok adds oil, add onion slice and fry golden brown.
Add whole spices and fry for 1 minute add ginger garlic paste .
Green chilies, garam masala powder, coriander powder, and yogurt cook for few minutes, add prawns and add rice and cook for 15 minute on high heat.
Add mint leaves.
Cover the lid and cook more for 10 minutes
Serve hot with raita and salad.
- Peas 2 cups
- Spring onion greens chopped 1 cup
- Spring onion white part as required
- Garlic cloves (chopped) 4
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 2 tsp
- Chicken stock 500 ml
- Fresh cream 2 tbsp
- Black pepper to taste
To begin making Pea and Spring Onion Soup, separate greens from spring onion. Chop the spring onion and set aside. Similarly chop the spring onion greens and keep in a separate bowl.
In a large pot simmer vegetable stock over low flame so that it remains hot while adding to the soup.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat; add chopped spring onion and garlic. Sauté until onion turn translucent but not brown for about 1 to 2 minutes.
Once cooked the spring onions are through, add peas, spring greens and sauté for 2 minutes more. Season with salt and pepper.
Puree the green peas mixture in a mixer along with the vegetable stock into a smooth puree. Check the salt and pepper to taste.
When you are ready to serve the Pea and Spring Onion Soup.
Boil the soup in Pan and serve in bowl sprinkle fresh cream and black pepper

- Broccoli/ cucumber 1
- Tomato chunks 1
- Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Carrots cubed 2
- Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
- Oil or olive oil 4 tbsp
- Chicken stock half cup
- Vinegar 1 tsp
- Parsley few strings
- Corn flour optional 1 tbsp
Take a wok add oil garlic and sauté on medium heat add all sauces and cook for a minute add all vegetable and cook for 2 minutes for remain crunchiness.
Add chicken chunks and cook for a minute.
Add chicken stock add corn flour boil gravy until thickens.
Sprinkle parsley as required for garnishing.
