  • Yellow melon (cubed) 1 cup
  • Apples (cubed) 2
  • Bananas (thinly sliced) 2
  • Peach 1 tin
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Water ½ cup
  • Fresh cream 2 packets
  • Chopped walnuts 1 cup

Sugar and water mix and make sugar syrup .when syrup cool then add yellow melon cubed ,cubed cut apple ,finely cut banana and peach add .then place in refrigerator and before serving add whipped fresh cream and peeled fine chopped walnuts add and ready delicious creamy chaat .


  • Beef 500 grams
  • Chickpeas (boiled) 1 cup
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Tomatoes 5
  • Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green chilies 5
  • Coriander 4 tbsp
  • Chopped onions 2
  • Salt to taste


Cook the beef in a pressure cooker until tender. In a pan add mashed ginger and garlic and sauté in oil for 1 minute until light brown. Add beef into the pan and sauté for 3 minutes Add chopped onions and cook for a minute on high heat to make it soft. Add the green chilies chopped, other spices and salt and cook for another minute. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes with lid on to make the tomatoes soft. Add the chickpeas and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes .Then Add the coriander and green chilies. Cook for a minute and serve
