Ingredients:

  • Prawns ½ kg
  • Rice(boiled) ½ kg
  • Salt as required
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • White Pepper ¾ tsp
  • Finely Chopped Onion 1
  • Eggs (boiled) 3
  • Dill ½ bunch
  • Green Chillies 4-5
  • Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Coconut Milk 3/4 cup
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Whole Garam Masala 1 tbsp
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Desiccated Coconut 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ¾ cup

Method:
In a coriander leaves add green chilies, salt, garlic, desiccated coconut, lemon juice and make chutney.
Now heat oil add onion, whole garam masala and fry.
Then add ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper, yogurt and mix.
Now add prawns and fry.
Add chutney and fry well.
Then add soya, coconut milk and mix.
Now in a pan, add ½ cup of water, 2 tbsp oil, ½ rice, prawns masala, remaining rice, and oil and let it simmer for few minutes.
In the end, take it out in a dish.
Garnish with eggs.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 6
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion Paste ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
  • Coriander Leaves as required
  • Green Chillies as required
  • Oil as required
  • Onion 1

Method:
• Heat oil add onion paste and fry.
• Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, onion paste, tomato paste and fry.
• After this, in a bowl add eggs, salt, red chilli, turmeric and fry.
• Now take it out and cut with the help of knife.
• Then add in roasted masala.
• Add coriander leaves and green chillies.
• Omelette curry is ready.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince ½ kg
  • Finely cut onion 1
  • Chopped ginger garlic 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Boiled cut tomatoes 3-4
  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • Finely cut ginger 1 tbsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Carom seeds 2 pinch

Method:
Add onion, tomato, chopped ginger garlic and oil in a pan and cook covered. After 15 minutes add mince, salt, red chili, turmeric, dried fenugreek leaves and yogurt and cook till water gets dries. Now add all spice powder, chaat masala and carom seeds the make katakat. Add butter and mix. Then add green coriander and green chilies and serve hot.
