Oil or olive oil 4 to 5 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Garlic cloves 3 to 4
Onion slices 1 large
Beef minced 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cashew nuts roasted 2-3 tbsp
Almonds roasted 2-3 tbsp
Raisins roasted 2-3 tbsp


Heat oil or butter in a pan, add garlic & onion sauté well. Add minced fry well. Add salt, crushed black pepper and rice cook for 1 minute. Add water, all spice powder, cinnamon mix well. Leave rice for simmer. Add oil in separate pan fry all nuts well, serve with rice.

Ingredients for Marinate:

  • Chicken with bone 500 gm
  • Yogurt ¼ cup
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp

For Onion Gravy:

  • Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Onion slices 1 cup
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Whole all spice 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Garlic 5 to 6 cloves

For Assembling:

  • Clarified butter ¼ cup
  • Black cardamom 2 to 3
  • Marinated chicken 500 gm
  • Onion gravy 1 cup
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Fenugreek 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander for garnish
  • Ginger julienne for garnish


In mixing bowl add chicken and all ingredients marinate well and leave for 30 minute, keep in fridge. Heat oil add cumin and all spice fry well. Add onion and ginger fry well. Add all ingredients in blender and blend with water to form paste. Heat oil and clarified butter add cardamom fry well. Add marinated chicken cook well. Add onion paste and tomato puree leave for simmer 10 minute. When chicken is done add salt, water and fenugreek cook till oil and gravy is separate. Add green coriander and ginger serve.


  • Vanilla sponge 1 lb
  • Condense milk ¼ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Roasted peanuts ¼ cup
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon powder ¼ tsp
  • Whipped cream 2 cups


In mixing bowl add vanilla sponge, condensed milk, milk and roasted peanut mix well. Add whipped cream, brown sugar, cinnamon and condensed milk in separate bowl. Add sponge mixture in serving cup then cream mixture, keep in fridge. Remove and serve.
