 Ingredients:

  • Coriander crushed 25 grams
  • Coriander powder 25 grams
  • Crushed red chili 25 grams
  • Crushed black pepper 10 grams
  • Turmeric powder 10 grams
  • Dry fenugreek 10 grams
  • Red chili powder 25 grams
  • Celery seeds 10 grams
  • Yogurt 35 grams
  • Mustard oil 100 grams
  • Salt 10 grams
  • Fresh chilies paste 25 grams
  • Food yellow color 5 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 25 grams
  • Lemon juice 25 grams
  • Oil 100 grams
  • Cumin seed powder 25 grams
  • Fennel crushed 10 grams
  • Tamarind pulp 50 gram
  • Pickle paste 25 grams
  • Whole red snapper fish 1

Method:
Whole fish red snapper cut into in center and washed it
All ingredients mixing in bowl mixed it and rub on fish keep few minutes than grilled on charcoal or can use griller pan cook it till become well done both sides served with chapati

  • Turmeric powder 10 grams
  • Dry fenugreek 10 grams
  • Red chili powder 25 grams
  • Celery seed 10 grams
  • Cumin seed powder 25 grams
  • Fennel سونفcrushed 10 grams
  • Ginger garlic paste 25 grams
  • Tomato paste 1 kg
  • Green chilies sliced 2
  • Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
  • Ginger for garnish
  • Cooking oil 100 ml
  • Black pepper 10 gm

Method:
Peeled prawn nicely and washed heat oil in wok add prawn, garlic ginger paste and cook prawn till water reduced than add tomato paste with all mentioned spices and cook it till oil comes up garnish with chili, fresh coriander and ginger served it with chapati

Ingredients:

  • Beef meat ½ kg
  • Lamb meat ½ kg
  • Parsley 300 grams
  • Onions 1 kg
  • Potato 1 kg
  • Tomato 1 kg
  • Tomato paste 200 gram
  • Tahini 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Lemon
  • Pomegranate sauce ½ cup
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Tomatoes as required
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Method:
In blender add beef, lamb meat, parsley, salt and black pepper blend well. Keep batter in oven tray bake for 15-20 minutes at 180C. add tahini sauce on one tray with fried potatoes and bake for 10 minute. In second tray add pomegranate sauce with tomato slices and onion bake for 200C for 15 to 20 minute. For tahini sauce mix yogurt, tahini and lemon juice. For pomegranate sauce mix tomato paste with pomegranate sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas ½ kg
  • French bread 3
  • Lemon juice 1 cup
  • Ground cumin 1 tsp
  • Lamb fat 300 gm
  • Tahini ½ cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Baking soda 1 tsp

For garnish:

  • Pine nuts 50 grams
  • Sumac 20 grams

Method:
Soak chickpeas for whole night with baking powder and cook for 45min to 1 hour. Add in grinder blend well. Add cumin powder, lemon juice, tahini sauce, yogurt, lemon juice and salt. Humus is ready. After that cut bread into medium pieces apply humus and lemon juice. Cook humus mixture. After that melt lamb fat. Add pine nuts cook well. Remove in serving platter add pine nuts and fat, serve.
