Ingredients

  • Bay Leaves 1
  • Cardamom 6
  • Kewra Essence Few drops
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Whole Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Mace ½ tsp
  • Tartary ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Coconut Powder 2 tbsp
  • Red Chili Powder tsp 1-1/2
 

Methods

  1. In grinder add 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp whole black pepper,
  2. Add 2 tbsp coconut powder, ½ tsp Mace. Grind together.
  3. After this pour into bowl, add ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp salt, 1-1/2 tsp red chili powder,
  4. Add 1 tsp coriander powder, 6 cardamoms, 1 bay leaf, ½ tsp Tartary along with few drops of kewra essence.
  5. Mix well.In the end pour into bottle.
  6. This masala is enough for 1 kg beef and chicken korma.
