Ingredients
- Cucumber cubes ¼ cup
- Tomato cubes ¼ cup`
- Onion cubes ¼ cup
- Olive’s slices 8 to 10
- Lettuce leaves 8 to 10
- Lemon juice 2 to 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Olive oil 5 to 6 tbsp
- White Sesame seeds ½ tsp
METHOD
Ek mixing bowl men tamam ajza dal ker achay se mix ker lain.
Ingredients
- Chickpeas ½ kg
- French Bread 3
- Lemon Juice 1 cup
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Lamb Fat 300 gms
- Tahini Sauce ½ cup
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Baking Soda 1 tsp
Ingredients For Garnishing
- Pine Nuts 50 gms
- Sumac 20 gms
- Salt to taste
Method
Soak chickpeas for whole night with baking powder and cook for 45min to 1 hour. Add in grinder blend well. Add cumin powder, lemon juice, tahini sauce, yogurt, lemon juice and salt. Humus is ready. After that cut bread into medium pieces apply humus and lemon juice. Cook humus mixture. After that melt lamb fat. Add pine nuts cook well. Remove in serving platter add pine nuts and fat, serve.

- Garlic 5-6coves
- Cream 1/2cup
- Olive Oil 1/2cup
- Salt to taste
