  • Potatoes (boiled) 500 gms
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
  • Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 1tsp
  • Nigella Seeds 1tsp
  • Fenugreek 1tsp
  • Garam Masala Powder 1tsp
  • Coriander (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Water 3 – 4 cup

Heat oil fry ginger garlic paste well. Add all spices cook for 1 to 2 minute. Add mashed potatoes mix well. Add water and green coriander cook till gravy become thick.


  • Chickpeas (boiled) 1-½ cup
  • Potatoes (sliced) 250 gms
  • Red Pepper (crushed) 2 tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1tsp
  • Nigella Seeds ½ tsp
  • Finely Chopped Tomatoes 3
  • Coriander (roasted,crushed) 1 tsp
  • Cumin Seeds (roasted,crushed) 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Khatai Powder ½ tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Achar Masala 2tbsp


In a pan put thinly sliced potatoes with 4 cups water, crushed red pepper, salt, turmeric, onion seeds, chopped tomatoes cover and cook till potatoes nearly tender, add in oil, chopped onion, roasted and crushed coriander, roasted and crushed cumin, allspice, khatai powder, boiled chany, achar masala, fry well, mash slightly, lastly add chopped coriander and green chilies.


  • Fine Flour 2 cups
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Luke Warm Water for kneading
  • Oil for deep frying


In a bowl put fine aata 2 cups, flour 1 cup, oil 3 tbsp, salt 1 tsp, luke warm water to knead, cover and leave for 30 minutes, make into balls, grease balls with oil, cover and leave it for another 30 minutes, make puris and deep fry.


  • Semolina 250 gms
  • Ghee 200 gms
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Water 3 cups
  • Yellow Food Color 1pinch
  • Kewra Water 1tsp
  • Green Cardamom 4


Make sugar syrup with sugar, water and yellow color till sugar dissolves, heat ghee add green cardamom with semolina, fry for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame then add prepared sugar syrup, cook stirring for just 3 minutes, remove, cover the pan until required to use.
