  • Chicken (whole 1 kg) 1
  • Yogurt 3/4cup
  • Kachri powder 1tbsp
  • Qorma (spices) 2tbsp
  • Salt 3/4tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder ¾ tsp
  • Ginger (finely cut) 2tbsp
  • Green cardamom (powder) 1/2tsp
  • All spices (powder) ¾ tsp
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Almond powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Butter (melted) 2tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1tbsp
  • Onions (chopped) 1
  • Egg (boiled) 3
  • Lettuce leaf, cucumber for garnishing
  • Almonds (peeled) for garnishing


Stab the chicken with fork multiple times to make cuts. Then in yogurt add salt, red chili powder, qorma spices, melted butter, ginger garlic paste, kachri powder and all spices powder. Now marinate the chicken in the spices and leave them for the night. After that heat clarified butter and fry onions chopped till they are of light brown color. Then roast the chicken in it and then add half cup of water and cook till the chicken tenders. Now after its roasted add almond powder and small cardamom powder and simmer it for 5mins. Lastly set it on a dish and garnish it with boiled eggs, lettuce leaf, cucumber and peeled almonds.

Filings ingredients:

  • Peas (boiled) 1cup
  • Potatoes (boiled) 1
  • Cottage cheese 1/2cup
  • Cheddar cheese 1/2cup
  • Onions (sauté) 1
  • Green coriander (chopped) 2tbsp
  • Green chili (powder) 1tbsp
  • Tartaric powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients parathay:

  • Wheat flour 2 cup
  • Refined Flour 2 cup
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Clarified butter 2tbsp
  • Yogurt 1tbsp
  • Clarified butter for frying

Mash peas and potato with your hands. Then add and mix cottage cheese while frying onions, green chili powder,tataric powder and cheddar cheese. For making the paratha add wheat flour, flour, salt, clarified butter and yogurt to kneading. After 10mins make a ball from it and after kneading it add 2-3 tbsp of the filling and and make a ball with the stuffing. And repeat the process and serve.

  • Mongray 250 gm
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Salt, chili, turmeric as required
  • White cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Green chilies, green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Whole red chilies 3-4

Cut mongray and potatoes. Fry mongray in hot oil. Add onion, ginger garlic paste, whole red chilies fry well. Add tomatoes, salt, chilies, turmeric and white cumin powder, cook till tomatoes done. Add potatoes with ½ cup of water cook till potatoes is done. Add mongary cook till water dries out. Add green coriander and chilies. Remove and serve in dish.
