Mandi is a classic Middle Eastern dish that has gained popularity in Pakistan in the recent times. Now you can make it at home too with this recipe.

Ingredients for Masala:

  • Coriander seeds 10 gm
  • Cumin 10 gm
  • Black pepper 5 gm
  • Star Anise 5 gm
  • Green Cardamoms 5 gm
  • Cinnamon 5 gm
  • Black pepper 5 gm
  • Fennel seeds 5 gm

Ingredients for Chicken:

  • Mandi Masala 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Whole chicken 1
  • Hot water 3 Liter

Ingredients for Rice:

  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Onions (chopped) 2
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Raisins 20 gm
  • Cashew 20 gm
  • Green chilies (chopped) 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Soaked rice 500 gm
  • Yellow food color 1 tsp
  • Foil 1

Method:

Put Mandi Masala (2TbSP) in a bowl. Also add salt, Vinegar, Red Chili Powder, Ginger Garlic Paste, Crushed Red Chili, Lemon Juice, & mix well then set aside
Put Whole Chicken in a bowl & pour the above prepared mixture at this chicken. Apply well with the help of a brush & refrigerate for 2-3 hours
Place this marinated chicken in a steamer by adding warm water, & steam for 35-40 minutes

Mandi Rice Method:
Add cooking oil in a pan, then add onions, ginger garlic paste, raisins, cashews, green chilies, salt, cumin, then fry well
Add water, K&N’s Chicken cubes then cook for a while. Then add soaked rice
Cook until all the water is absorbed then add yellow food color and Steam for 10 minutes
Put the chicken at the surface of the rice. Place an Ember foil by adding cooking oil (1 TSP).. Then cover it for 2-3 minutes

Ingredients for Dough:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Yeast 2 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Chicken powder ½ tsp
  • Milk powder 1 tbsp

For Topping:

  • Chicken 400 gm
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon 1 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
  • Black pepper as required
  • Salt as required
  • Green masala 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies (blended) 1 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  • Mashed garlic 1 tsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese 1-2 cup
  • Capsicum 1-2
  • Mushrooms 1-2
  • Black olives 2 tbsp
  • Onion half

For Pizza Sauce:

  • Tomatoes 4
  • Garlic 4- 5 cloves
  • Onion 1
  • Herbs ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tsp

Ingredients and Recipe of Pizza Sauce:

  • Tomatoes, garlic. Onion. Mixed herbs. Vinger. Brown sugar. Chicken powder.

Method of Pizza Dough:

  • Mix flour, salt, Sugar, yeast, chicken powder and milk powder in bowl.
  • Then add warm Milk or water. Knead the dough well by hand.
  • Keep the dough in warm and dry place for an hour. Until it doubles the size.
  • Marinate the chicken with hara masla and all the ingrediants.
  • Take oan add oil and cook chicken
  • Place the dough in a pan amd leqve it for 15 Min.
  • Add Pizza sauce.
  • Boil tomato’s .
  • Take oven slightly fry onions amd garlic add maslas salt n all. Cook and add boil tomatoes
  • Reduce water and blend to make thick paste

For toppings:
Place dough. Add sauce. Add cheese.. add chicken add chesse add vegies . Sprinkle mixed herbs
And bake to serve hot. After baking brush the crust with garlic butter

Ingredients:

  • Cake mix 1 packet
  • Milk or water 2/3 cup
  • Butter 1 cup
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil as required

Method:
Pre heat oven at 180C. grease pan with butter. Mix Milk or water, oil, eggs and pound cake mix in bowl. Pour batter in pan and bake for 30 to 35 minute. Remove and cool for 10 minute.

Ingredients:

  • Milk powder 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Cardamoms 2-4
  • Screw pine essence 1 tsp
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Almonds, pistachio for garnish

 

Method:

Place Milk Powder in Pot.
Add baking powder
Add egg
And Mix well.
Make its round shape.
While bring boil in Milk .add cardamom sugar, and kewra.
Put the malai on boiling milk and lower the flame.
Wait till malai becomes soft and cooked well.
Reduce milk and serve hot.
For garnishing sprinkle pistachios and Almonds
