Ingredients for base:
- Biscuits crumb 2tbsp
- Butter melted 4tbsp
- Coconut ground 2tbsp
Ingredients for filling:
- Hung curd as required
- Condensed milk ½ cup
- Mango puree 1cup
- Cream cheese 2tbsp
- Gelatin 1tbsp
- Cream 1cup
Ingredients for garnishing:
- Mango chunks ½ cup
- Mango puree ¾ cup
- Gelatin 1tsp
Method:
Mix all the ingredients of base and make base on pan and let it cool for 5 min .for filling mix all ingredients and beat , now add them in base . When it set garnish with mango and gelatin and serve.
Ingredients for patty:
- Beef mince 400gm
- Garlic crushed 1tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1tsp
- Salt as required
- Jalapeño pepper 1tbsp
- Thyme ,oregano 1tsp
- Bread crumbs 2tbsp
- Garlic powder 1tsp
- Parmesan cheese 1tbsp
- Oil for frying
Other ingredients:
- Burger bun 4
- Cheese sliced 4
- Mayonnaise 4tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 4tbsp
- Salad leaves as required
- Butter 4tbsp
Method:
For patty add all the ingredients of patty except of oil, now make patty and fry in oil. Now spread butter on buns and toast . now add mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce . then add salad leaves , add fried patty and cover with another piece of bun and serve .
Ingredients:
- White chickpea 1cup
- Chopped cucumber 1
- Chopped tomatoes 1
- Chopped onion 1
- Chopped capsicum 1
Ingredients for dressing:
- Butter 1tbsp
- Hot sauce 4tbsp
- Paprika 1tsp
- Vinegar 1tbsp
- Chili garlic sauce 2tbsp
Method:
Mix all the salad ingredients, now add dressing ingredients and serve.
