  • Curd cheese 250gm
  • Thickened cream 200ml
  • Icing sugar 1/4 cup
  • Egg yolks 1
  • Orange juice 1 cup
  • Sponge finger biscuits 150gm
  • Mangoes slices 2
  • Strawberry sauce to serve



Place the cheese, thickened cream, icing sugar, egg yolk in the bowl of an electric mixer and beat on high speed until thick and well combined. Dip half the sponge fingers into orange juice mixture and layer in the base of the glasses. Spread with one-third of the cheese mixture, and top with one-third of the mango slices. Repeat the process, then top with the remaining cheese mixture, reserving the remaining mango slices to serve. Cover and chill for 2 hours or until firm. Decorate with curls of the reserved mango and serve with strawberry sauce.

Ingredients for chicken marination:

  • Boneless Chicken cubed 300g
  • Egg 1
  • Cornstarch 2-3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum (cubes) 1 cup
  • Onion (cubes) 1 cup
  • Tomatoes (cube) 1 cup

Ingredients for gravy:

  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Hot Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Spring Onion for garnishing
  • Rice for serving



In a bowl add chicken, vegetables and all the remaining ingredients. Mix well and set aside for 20-30 minutes. Make skewers with chicken and vegs and grill them.
In pan add some oil, sauté chopped garlic. When garlic starts to turn brown add ketchup, hot sauce, Oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, red chili flakes, salt, black pepper, and sugar. When it starts to bubble, add water as required and let it cook for 5 to 6 minutes, once the gravy starts to thicken set aside Heat the hot plate on the stove and place the skewers and pour the prepared shashlik sauce on the hot plate and serve hot with rice
