  • Mango puree 1- 1/2 cup
  • Mango jelly 1 packet
  • Condensed milk powder 1/2 cup
  • Coconut milk powder 1 pack
  • Whipped cream 1 cup
  • Mango chunk 2 cups


Boil one cup water in a pan. Add mango jelly mix well and take out in a bowl. Add whip cream and jelly mix well.
In another bowl, add mango puree, condense milk powder & coconut milk powder, and mix well.
Mix jelly and whip cream well.
Remove in a serving bowl.
Make first layer of mango chunks then jelly. For second layer, pour cream and mango mixture. Decorate with cream & serve.


  • Chicken fingers as required
  • Chili garlic 1/4 cup
  • Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Cream 1/2 cup

Fry chicken fingers take out in a serving bowl
In a pan add 2tbsp oil and sauté onion. Now add chili garlic sauce tomato paste salt and water to fry cook until water dries and makes a thick paste. Now pour this paste (salsa ) onto chicken fingers , mix vinegar into cream then pour on chicken fries. Garnish with salsa & serve.


  • Beef tenderline 750gm
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Rosemary 1/2 tsp
  • Tomatoes paste 2 tbsp
  • Green onions for garnish
  • Cherry tomatoes 3 – 4
  • Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1 medium
  • Capsicum 1

Heat oil and butter in pan and fry garlic. Stir fry the beef.
Add tomato paste, onion, salt, pepper cherry tomato, all spices and water, cook for 2 – 4 minutes.
Add black pepper. Now garnish with green onion, serve.


  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Butter 3-4 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion 2
  • Green chilies 4 – 5
  • Cashew 14 – 15
  • Garlic 6 – 7 cloves
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Cloves 3 – 4
  • Green cardamoms 2
  • Black cardamom 1
  • Green chilies and ginger for garnish

Heat oil in frying pan add green chilies, cashew, onion, garlic, ginger, cloves, cardamoms and black cardamoms, fry well. Add 1 cup of water cover and cook. Let it cool and form paste in blender. Heat butter in wok add mutton cook on high flame. Add all spices and cashew. Add paste with 1-1/2 cup of water cover and cook. When meat is done add yogurt cook till water is dries out. Add black pepper, green coriander, green chilies , cover and cook. Garnish with ginger and serve.
