INGREDIENTS:
- Butter 115 gm
- Caster sugar 25 gm
- Flour 115 gm
- Corn flour 2 ounce
- Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
- Chopped almonds 20 gm
- Icing sugar 25 gm (for sprinkling)
METHOD:
• In a bowl add all the ingredients, mix well and knead dough.
• Then make the balls out of the dough and place it on the baking tray.
• Bake on 160°c for about 30-35 minutes in an oven.
• Lastly sprinkle the icing sugar and serve.
