ORANGE CHOCOLATE PARFAIT Recipe

Ingredients:
Sugar 1 cup
Orange juice ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Orange jelly crystals 1 packet
Cream ½ cup
Cream cheese 4 ounces
Orange sandwich cookies 1 pkt
Orange milk chocolate 1 bar
Cream ½ packet

METHOD:
In a sauce pan cook together orange juice lemon juice and sugar with orange jelly crystals for 10 minutes and chill in freezer. Remove and put in a blender with cream, cream cheese and blend. Scald creams add chopped chocolate and stir to combine. To assemble put biscuits in parfait glasses topped with orange mixture and leave it to set. Spread with chocolate mixture piped with whipped cream. Serve chilled.
