This recipe is especially for all Pepperoni Pizza Lovers! It will make one of the most delicious pizzas you have ever tried.
Ingredients:
- Pizza Dough 300gm
- Pizza Sauce ½ cup
Ingredients For Topping:
- Finely minced garlic 1 clove
- Shredded mozzarella cheese 1 cup
- Pepperoni 20 slices
- Fresh basil 2 Tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Red chili flakes for serving
- Oil for frying
- Oil for greasing
Ingredients for pizza dough:
- All purpose flour 2 ½ cups
- Instant yeast 1 sachet
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Lukewarm water as required
Method:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. While oven preheats assemble pizza.
- Punch down pizza dough, roll and stretch the dough over the pizza pan.
- Then using fork pierce the dough many times over surface.
- Now in a small bowl stir together 1 tbsp oil with 1 garlic clove and brush evenly over edges of pizza.
- Bake at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
- Now evenly spread pizza sauce over pizza.
- Top evenly with cheeses and pepperoni slices and bake it in an oven for about 12 – 15 minutes until crust is golden.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with basil and red pepper flakes.
- Cut into slices and serve.
