Ingredients:

  • Mutton chops 1 kg
  • Crispy fry 1packet
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Flour 4 tbsp
  • Green chilies julienne ½ cup
  • Orange color pinch
  • Curry leaves 15-20
  • Chopped garlic 1 tsp heaped
  • Ketchup ½ cup
  • Chili sauce ¼ cup
  • Peri-peri sauce 3 tbsp
  • Peri-peri masala 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp

 

Method:

Par boiled chops, then marinate with all the given ingredients for 2 hours and deep fry. Heat oil in a wok, add green chilies, curry leaves, chopped garlic, fry, add all the remaining sauces, spices, color, fry well, add in fried chops, mix well, finally add coriander leaves, serve with fries.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 kg 12 pcs

Ingredients for spice mix:

  • Kashmiri red chilies 4
  • White cumin 1 tbsp roasted
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp roasted
  • Green cardamom 2 roasted
  • Black cardamom 1 roasted
  • Bay leaf 1 roasted
  • Cinnamon 1 inch
  • Star anise ½ roasted
  • Whole black pepper 1 tsp roasted
  • Yogurt 1 ½ cup
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Turmeric ¼ tsp

Other ingredients :

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies 3
  • Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¾ cup
  • Brown onion grinded ½ cups

Method:
Roast all above spices and grind to a powder, marinate chicken with yogurt, prepared grounded spices and leave it for a while. Heat oil, add ginger garlic paste, fry well, add marinated chicken, fry for 10 mins, add in crushed brown onion, slit green chilies, cook for 10 mins, add 1 cup water, cover and cook till chicken done. Lastly add coriander, serve with sheermaal.

Ingredients:

  • Butter 5 ounces
  • Flour 1 ½ cup
  • Sugar 6 ounces
  • Eggs 3
  • Baking powder 4 tsp
  • Milk ½ cup
  • vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Mango essence ½ tsp
  • Mango jam 2 tbsp

Ingredients for topping:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Milk 2 tbsp
  • Icing sugar sieved 1 cup
  • Yellow color pinch
  • Mango essence few drops

 

Method for topping:

Cook all together, pour on loaf, sprinkle with flaked coconut.

Method for loaf:

Beat butter, sugar, essence till creamy, add mango jam and beat, add in eggs one by one beating, fold in sieved flour and baking powder alternating with butter milk, pour mixture into a well-greased loaf pan, bake on no.4 180 d for 35-40 mins, remove and spread with topping.

  • Tikka chunks 1packet
  • Parathas 2
  • Sauces as required
  • Salad as required
  • Oil as required

 

Method:
Fry in Oil tikka chunks & parathas , now put chunks , sauces, salad in paraths fold and serve ,
