  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic 1-½ tsp
  • Smoked barbeque sauce 2 tbsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt n pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Bread soaked in milk 2 slices
  • Burger buns 6
  • Iceberg lettuce 2 cups
  • Cheese slices as required
  • Tomato slices as required
  • Onion slices as required

Ingredients for bbq mayo sauce:

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Smoked barbeque sauce 2 tbsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp


Method for sauce:

Mix all together and use in burger

Method for burger:

Grind all the ingredients in the chopper till smooth, make patty, pan fry in grill pan, heat burger buns, spread with prepared sauce, lettuce, cheese slice, patty, veggies, cover with bun, serve with fries.


  • Biscuits 200 gm
  • Mango jelly 1 + 1 packet
  • China grass powder dissolved ½ tsp
  • Mango juice 1 cup
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Condensed milk 4-5 tbsp
  • Chopped mangoes 2 cups
  • mint leaves as req


Spread biscuits in parfait glasses, moist them with mango juice, beat cream stiff, add dissolved china grass mixture, condensed milk, mango juice, 1 packet mango jelly crystals, beat well, spread on top of biscuits, give second layer same way, dissolve 2nd packet of jelly in ¾ cup of water and spread on final layer, serve chilled with mint leaves


  • Pasta boiled 3 cups
  • Prawns 400gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Peri-peri sauce ½ cup
  • Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
  • Capsicum 1 cut in julienne
  • Oregano ½ tsp heaped
  • Mushrooms 6 sliced
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 3 cups
  • Cheese ½ cup grated
  • Cream 1 packet
  • Sweet corn 1 cup
  • Butter 4 ounce
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Garlic ½ tsp
  • Chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp

Marinate prawns with 3 tbsp peri-peri sauce) Grill prawns in 2 tbsp oil. Heat butter and oil, fry garlic, add flour with all the seasonings and sauces, add milk, cream, cheese, fold in pasta and veggies, toss for 2-3 mins, serve top with grilled chicken and garlic bread.
