Ingredients:

  • Sugar 40 gm
  • Oil 40 gm
  • Eggs 3
  • Flour 40 gm
  • Red color 6 gm
  • Milk 10 gm
  • Yogurt 10 gm
  • Condensed milk 10 gm
  • Salt a pinch
  • Vanilla essence 2 drops
  • Baking powder ½ tsp
  • Cocoa powder 1 tsp
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Beetroot 20 gm

For The Decoration:

  • Cream 100 gm
  • Cream cheese 20 gm

 

Method:
In a bowl beat sugar and eggs well until the mixture gets fluffy. Then add oil and beat well. Now add milk, yogurt, condensed milk, red color and vanilla essence. Mix well. Now add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix and fold properly. Then mash the beetroot and add to the batter. Grease 11×15 baking swiss tray and add the batter. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 c for about 10 minutes.

Method For The Decoration:
In a bowl beat cream and cream cheese well. Lastly decorate the red velvet swiss roll and serve.

  • Butter 325 gm
  • Icing sugar 175 gm
  • Eggs 2
  • Flour 500 gm
  • Cocoa powder 10 gm
  • Salt 2 pinches
  • Vanilla powder 3 pinches

 

Method:
Beat butter and icing sugar. Then add eggs and beat well. Now flour, salt and vanilla powder. Mix well. Then divide the mixture into two parts. In the first part add cocoa powder and mix well. Give the square shape and leave it in the fridge for a while. Lastly bake it in a preheated oven at 160 c. Serve.

  • Sugar 130 gm
  • Oil 65 gm
  • Yogurt 65 gm
  • Water 80 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Cocoa powder 20 gm
  • Flour 112 gm
  • Baking soda 4 gm
  • Baking powder 3 gm
  • Walnuts (chopped) 65 gm
  • Crunch 100 gm

For The Frosting:

  • Cream 450 gm
  • Dark chocolate 500 gm
  • Butter 100 gm

 

Method:
In a bowl add sugar, oil, yogurt, water and egg. Beat well. Then add all the dry ingredients and fold the batter properly. Now add chopped walnuts and crunch. Grease the 7×7 mold with oil and sprinkle flour. Add the batter and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 c for about 25 minutes.

Method For The Frosting:
In a bowl cook all the ingredients well. Then leave it for about 4 minutes and allow it to cool on a room temperature. Lastly add the frosting onto the cake and serve.
