Seekh Kabab Katakat Recipe | Tarka

Seekh Kabab Katakat are the most flavorful kababs chopped and added with extra spices and other ingredients to take it to a higher level.

  • Seekh Kabab 1packet
  • Onion chopped 1cup
  • Tomatoes chopped 1cup
  • Coriander 1bunch
  • Green chilies 6
  • Butter 50gm
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Dried fenugreek 1tbsp


Heat oil and butter now fry the kabab’s , add all the ingredients and chop well , lastly sprinkle coriander and serve.


  • Mutton meat ½ kg
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander chopped 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1-1/4 cup
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Oil or clarified butter as required

Heat oil or clarified butter add ginger and garlic paste, fry well. Add meat cook for 5 minutes. Add yogurt, green chili paste and salt cook on low flame till meat is done. Add chopped ginger, black pepper, cream and butter cook for 5 minutes. Garnish with coriander. Add lemon juice, cream and butter, serve.
