Ingredients for sauce:

  • Mayonnaise ½ cup
  • Mustard paste 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Hot sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt n pepper ¼ tsp each
  • Garlic powder ¼ tsp
  • Milk as required

Ingredients for fried chicken fillet:

  • Chicken breasts fillets 2
  • Eggs 2
  • Butter melted 2 ounce
  • Butter milk ½ cup
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt & pepper pinch
  • Baking powder ½ tsp

Ingredients for coating:

  • Flour ¾ cup
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp
  • Crushed cornflakes ¾ cup
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
  • Paprika 1 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Garlic powder ½ tsp
  • Other ingredients
  • Burger buns 4
  • Lattice leaves as required
  • Cheese slices 2
  • Pickled cucumbers 1
  • Tomato slices 1
  • Ketchup as required

 

Method:

Flatten chicken breast, marinate with baking powder, egg, butter milk, chili sauce, salt, black pepper, melted butter, and leave it for 30 mins, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, coat the fillet in dry mixture and deep fry, make sauce with all the given ingredients.

To assemble:

Toast the burger buns, spread with sauce, salad leave, fried chicken fillet, cheese slice, again sauce, jerkin slices, tomato slice, mustard paste, ketchup and top with bun, serve with fries.

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla ice cream 6 scoops
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Green drink 1 tin
  • Crushed ice 1 cup

 

 

Method:

Blend all together and serve immediately.

Ingredients for cake:

  • Flour 2 cups
  • Caster sugar 1 cup
  • Brown sugar 1 cup
  • Coco powder ½ cup
  • Baking soda 1 ½ tsp
  • Baking powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Eggs 3
  • Sour cream ½ cup
  • Mayonnaise ¾ cup
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Hot coffee 1 cup
  • Vanilla ice cream 2 tbsp
  • Dark chocolate 1/3 cup

Ingredients for mocha cream:

  • Fresh cream 400 gm
  • Icing sugar ½ cup
  • Vanilla 1 tsp
  • Coffee dissolved in milk 1 tsp
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp

 

Method for cake:

Beat mayonnaise and oil in a bowl, add eggs and essence, add all the remaining ingredients, mix well till well combined, pour in two greased and lined 9 inches pan, bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 d for 30 mins, remove and cool.

Method for mocha cream:

Whipped cream until stiff, add sugar, vanilla, coco and dissolved coffee, cool cake and frost with mocha cream.
