Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless cubes 500 gm
- Garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Cumin 1 tsp
- Red chili crushed 1 tsp
- Whole spice powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Cream 2 to 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Papaya paste 2 tbsp
- Skewers 6 to 8
METHOD:
In mixing bowl add chicken and all ingredients cook for 6 to 8 hour for marinate, keep in fridge. Pierce chicken skewers on grill.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet 1
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
- Paprika ¼ tsp
- French mustard 1 tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Garlic clove 3 to 4
For Sauce:
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Onion 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Mushroom 5 to 6
- Cream ½ cup
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper ¼ tsp
- Chicken powder 1 tsp
- Honey 3-4 tbsp
For Sideline:
- Green beans boiled ¼ cup
- Mashed potato ¼ cup
METHOD:
In mixing bowl add chicken fillet and all ingredient to marinate steak. Heat butter and garlic in pan sauté well. Add steak cook from both side for 3,3 minute. For sauce heat oil add onion, garlic and mushroom sauté well. Add cream, salt, black pepper, chicken powder cook till sauce becomes thick. Add sauce on steak and serve with sideline.

- Garlic cloves 3 to 4
- Green chili 1 to 2
- Mustard paste 1 tbsp
- White pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Oil as required
METHOD:
In mixing bowl add prawns and all ingredient to marinate well and keep in fridge for 2 to 3 hour. Pierce prawns on skewers and grill well.
