- Pomace olive oil 1/4 cup
- Bell pepper (cubed) 1
- Onions (thinly sliced) 3
- Garlic (sliced) 5 cloves
- Chicken boneless 300 gm
- Whole red chilies 3
- Chicken broth 1 cup
- Oyster sauce 1/4 cup
- Fish sauce 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Basil leaves 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Rice (cooked) for serving
In a wok over high heat, heat olive oil. Add bell pepper, onions and garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until golden, about 2 minutes. Add chicken and cook, about 3 minutes more. Add chilies, salt and toss to combine. Pour chicken broth, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar into the wok and cook, stirring, until thickened. Add basil and mix well. Serve hot over cooked rice.
- Puff pastry as required
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Onions (sliced) 1/2 cup
- Eggs 4 large
- Heavy cream 1 cup
- Ground nutmeg a pinch
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika powder 1/8 tsp
- Shredded cheese 1 cup
- Cooked spinach 1 cup
Preheat the oven at 180 c.
Roll the puff pastry crust in pizza pan and prick with a fork, Bake until fully cooked and lightly golden, 10 to 15 minutes.
Heat the butter in a small pan over medium-low heat. Cook the onions until soft and translucent set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, nutmeg, salt and paprika set aside.
Spread the onions over the bottom of the cooked crust, then sprinkle the shredded cheese over top. Add the spinach evenly over cheese, Pour the egg and cream mixture over top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the custard is set and top is lightly golden. Serve hot or warm.
