Strawberry and Cream Trifle is a classic dessert that we can never get enough of. Try it out with this recipe to give it a special twist.

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries 2 cups
  • Cream cheese 1cup
  • Whipped cream 2 cups
  • Vanilla wafer cookies crushed 1 cup

 

Method:
In a mixing bowl, add in the cream cheese. Mix with a hand mixer until creamy. Add in one cup of the cooled strawberry syrup mixture in with the cream cheese. Mix until incorporated. Add half of the whipped cream into the mixture. Using a hand mixture, incorporate the whipped cream into the cream cheese. Place the mousse into a piping bag with a straight tip. Add the remaining whipped cream in a piping bag with a tip.

Assemble:
In your trifle dishes, add in some strawberries and syrup. Pipe a layer of mousse. Sprinkle a nice layer of vanilla wafer cookies. Pipe a layer of whipped cream. Repeat all of the layers. Let it chilled and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton liver 1/2 kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Cumin (roasted &crushed) 1 tsp
  • Coriander (roasted &crushed) 1 tsp
  • Black pepper (roasted &crushed) 1 tsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Sliced green chilies 4
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 2
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  • Ginger (Julienne) 1 tbsp

 

Method:
Heat oil then add chopped onion and saute it. Then add liver, ginger garlic paste then cover it and cook for 5 minutes. Now add chopped tomatoes, toasted, crushed and powdered spices with ¼ cup water and cover it and cook till tomatoes get soft. Now fry liver with masala. In last add dry fenugreek leaves, julienne ginger, lemon juice, chopped coriander, sliced green chilies, all spice powder, salt and mix well and serve.
