  • Boiled rice 3cups
  • Chopped green chillies 2-4
  • Whole all spice 1tbsp
  • Tomato puree 2tbsp
  • Tandoori masala 2tbsp
  • Oil 1/2cup
  • Butter 2tbsp
  • Chopped onion 1
  • Corn flour ¾ cup
  • Chopped capsicum 1/2cup
  • Chopped tomato 1
  • Chopped coriander ½ bunch
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Carrot julienne 1
  • White pepper ½ tsp


Firstly heat oil or clarified butter to add whole all spice, chopped green chilies & chopped onions in it to fry. Now add tomato puree, tandoori masala, white pepper and chicken stock until it boiled. Now add boiled rice, carrot and corn flour to leave it for simmer. Lastly add chopped capsicum, coriander & chopped tomatoes to mix well and serve hot.


  • Boneless chicken 400gm
  • Yogurt 4tbsp
  • Salt, chilli, turmeric as required
  • All spice powder 1/2tsp
  • Cream 2tbsp
  • Chopped green chillies 2
  • Ginger slice 1 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2cup

Masala ingredients:

  • Onion 1
  • Tomato 2
  • Cashew nut 5-6
  • Melon seeds 1-1/2tsp
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Chicken stock 1cup
  • Green cardamom 2-3
  • Dried fenugreek 1/2tsp

Marinate boneless chicken with yogurt for 15 minutes. Now add all masala ingredients to cook for 5 minutes until onion get soft. Now blend it well.


  • Milk 1 liter
  • Dates (deseeded) 1 cup
  • Walnuts 2 tbsp
  • Almonds 2 tbsp
  • Pistachios 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 4 tbsp
  • Cardamom powder 2 pinch
  • Saffron as required
  • Rice powder 1 tbsp
  • sterling Silver leaves as required
  • Clarified butter 2 tbsp

Boil milk well. Now add water in rice paste then mix in milk and cook well. Now take seed out of dates and make paste with ½ cup water. Also add raisins. Grind almonds, pistachios and walnuts separately. When rice get mixed well then add dates paste, raisins, pistachios, almonds, walnuts, clarified butter and cardamom powder and cook till it gets thick. Now dissolve saffron and add now take out in dish and garnish with sterling silver leaves.
