Ingredients:
- Milk ½ litre
- Cream 4tbsp
- Corn flour 2tbsp
- Sugar ½ cup
- Rose water 1tbsp
- Rose petals to garnish
Ingredients for rose syrup:
- Rose water 2tbsp
- Corn flour 1tbsp
- Red drink 1tbp
- Water 1cup
Ingredients for pistachios topping:
- Pistachios chopped 4tbsp
- Sugar 1tbsp
- Butter 1tbsp
Method:
For pudding in milk add all the Ingredients and cook till thick , now pour in small glasses, for rose syrup in a pan add all the Ingredients and cook , now add pudding and let it cool , for pistachio topping , cook all Ingredients till sugar melts , now pour this in pudding and garnish with rose petals .
Ingredients:
- Beef mince 750gm
- Onion 1
- Garlic crushed 1tbsp
- Red chili 2
- Parsley as required
- Cumin 1-1/2 tsp
- Salt as required
- Tomato purees 1tbsp
- Salt, pepper as required
- Oil 2tbsp
Ingredients for sauce:
- Tomato purees 2tbsp
- Olive oil ½ cup
- Salt as required
- Black pepper 1tsp
- Capsicum, tomatoes as required
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in beef mince , now add this in greased round tin and leave for few hours, for sauce mix all ingredients with 2tbsp water and add on mince , now bake and remove , add capsicum and tomatoes bake again till it changes color and serve .

- Wheat oat 1-1/2 cup
- Cucumber 1cup
- Spring onion ¾ cup
- Jalapeño 2tbsp
- Cumin 1tsp
- Salt as required
- Olive oil 4tbsp
- Lemon juice 4tbsp
- Red pepper paste 2tbsp
- Tomatoes chopped ½ cup
- Parsley 1tsp
- Lemon slice to garnish
- Onion cut in rings to garnish
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and garnish with onion rings and lemon slices .
