Ingredients for Chicken Marinate:

  • Whole chicken with skin 1
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Green chili paste 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Vinegar 2- 3 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Red orange color few drops

For Stuffing:

  • Boiled rice as required
  • Almonds 10- 12
  • Raisins 10-12
  • Boiled eggs 2
  • Thread to tie


Chicken marinade kernay kay liye ek mixing bowl men tamam ajza dal ker paste banal en phir chicken per achi tarhan inder or bahiryeh paste lag alen or 6 hours kay liye chicken ko fridge men rakh den.
Ab chicken kay ander boiled rice, kishmish, badam or anday dal ker chicken kodhagay say see ker band kerlen.
Ab steamer men chicken ko rakh ker 1 ghantay kay liye steam ker len. ab chicken ko baking dish men rakh ker pre heated oven men 180c per color de len.


  • Chicken boneless cubes 1 cup
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Food color few drops
  • Coal 1

For Dough:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Ghee 1 tbsp
  • Water as required
  • Ghee for fry

For Paratha:

  • Dough 3- 4
  • Chicken filling as required
  • Onion finely chopped as required

Chicken filling bananay kay liye chicken or tamam ajza ek mixing bowl men dal ker mix ker len or 2 hours kay liye fridge men den phir ek frying pan men halka sa oil dal ker garam Karen or phir marinated chicken dal ker fry kerlen itna kay pani khushk ho jae akhir men koyla ykadum de len.
Dough bananay kay liye ek mixing bowl men maida or tamam ajza dal ker aata goondh len.


  • Potato boiled and mashed 1 cup
  • Capsicum cubes ½ cup
  • Oil 2 -3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 2- 3 tbsp
  • Green chili chopped 1-2
  • Salt as required
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili crushed 1 tbsp
  • Cumin crushed 1 tsp
  • Coriander crushed 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 2- 3 tbsp
  • Green Coriander chopped as required
  • Water as required

Pan men oil garam ker kay onion ko sauté ker len phir lehsan or adrak ka paste dal ker fry ker lena bhar imirchen or tamam sukhay masaly dal ker achi tarhan bhoon len phir Shimla mirch dal ker halka sa fry ker len phir aloo ka bhurta dal ker lemon juice or pani dal ker achi tarhan mix Karen or 2 se 3 minutes tak pakaen phir hara dhania dal ker mix Karen or garam garam serve Karen.


  • Kashmiri tea leaves 2 tbsp
  • Soda bi-carbonate ½ tsp
  • Green cardamoms ½ tsp
  • Coriander 2- 4
  • Cinnamon 2 sticks
  • Water 2 cup
  • Ice cubes 5-6
  • Milk 2 cup
  • Sugar as required
  • Pistachio chopped 1 tsp
  • Almonds chopped 1 tsp

Ek pan men pani, Kashmiri chai ki patti or tamam ajza dal ker ubalanay den or itna pakaen kay pani aadha re jae phir baraf shamil ker kay achi tarhan phaint len ta kay mixture garaha ho jae.
Dosri taraf ek pan man milk or sugar dal ker ubalnay den phir patti wala mixture chanker doodh men shamil ker den or phir pista or badam dal ke mazeed 1 se 3 minutes tak paka ker serve Karen.
