Ingredients:

  • Chicken with skin deboned whole 1
  • Paprika 1 tbsp
  • Curry powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 ½ tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin 1 ½ tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 3 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric pinch
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Butter ¼ cup
  • Chili sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • Ketchup 2-3 tbsp

 

Method:

Marinate whole chicken with skin deboned with all the given ingredients for at least 4 hours, grill in grill pan or in the oven at 190 d for 1 hour, remove and serve with sauted vegetables and french fries.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken tikka chunks ½packet
  • Eggs 2
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp heaped
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Thyme ½ tsp
  • French loaf ½ cut into slices
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Capsicum ½ finely chopped
  • Jalapeno 3 finely chopped

 

Method:

In a bowl beat 2 eggs with 1 cup milk, ¼ cup oil, yogurt, all the seasonings, mix well, take a greased 9 inch round sandwich pan, arrange French loaf slices in it, do not leave any space in between, pour the prepared mixture, top with chicken tikka chunks, capsicums, jalapenos, olives, grated cheese, bake on 180 d for 30 mins.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken ½ kg cut into cubes
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt ½ tsp heaped
  • Tandoori masala 2 tbsp
  • Hung curd 2 tbsp
  • Oil ¼ cup

Ingredients for rice:

  • Boiled rice ½ kg
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 6
  • Sweet corn ½ cup
  • Boiled peas ½ cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Spring onions chopped 4 tbsp
  • Chicken powder 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp

 

Method:

Marinate chicken cubes with ginger garlic, salt, tandoori masala, yogurt and oil, leave it for 30 mins, put on skewers, and grill in 2 tbsp oil until chicken tender.

Method for rice:

Heat oil, add chopped onion, fry till transparent, add ginger, green chilies, chicken powder, lemon juice, boiled peas, sweet corn, and add in the boiled rice with ½ cup water, cover and leave it on dum, remove in a platter, top with tandoori chicken skewers, garnish with spring onions chopped, serve immediately with kachmoober and raita.
