Recipe Ingredients
4 Chicken fillet
1 kg Chicken bones
1 tin Cream style corn
2 Egg
1 tsp White pepper powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp Chicken flour
3-4 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Oil
to taste Salt
For the stock
1 Bay leaves
4 cloves Garlic
6 Black pepper corns
1/2 kg Chicken boneless
1/2 kg Chicken bones
1/2 tin Sweet corn
1 cup Hot chili sauce
1 cup Soya sauce
1 cup White vinegar
5-6 Green chilies
3-4 Eggs
4-5 Garlic cloves
1/2 tsp Chinese salt
3-4 tbsp Corn flour
as required Crushed black pepper
to taste Salt
Recipe Method
Wash the chicken bones, boil them in 3cups of water along with the black pepper corns, garlic cloves, and bay leaves when cooked fully strain the stock.
In a separate sauce pan boil together the stock and corn. When uniformly mixed add the shredded chicken fillet, salt, sugar and whit pepper powder.
Mix 3-4 tbsp of corn flour and 1tbsp chicken flourĀ in water and stir into the stock.
When the mixture thickens turn the flame off.
After 5 minutes beat the eggs into the soup. Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil and pour into the soup.
Serve with vinegar, Soya sauce, green chilies and chili sauce.
