Ingredients:

  • Prawns ½ kg
  • Fried blended onion 3 tbsp
  • Chopped tomatoes 3
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1-½ tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Crushed cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Cream 3 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Sliced ginger 2 tbsp
  • Crushed garlic 2 tbsp
  • Chopped green chilies 4
  • Chopped coriander 2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup

 

Method:
Heat oil and saute garlic in it. Then add cumin seeds, tomatoes, salt, chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder and cook till tomatoes almost disappear. Now add prawns, tomato paste, green chilies, coriander, butter, cream, fried blended onion, lemon juice and cook well. Add sliced ginger and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Petha 1 kg
  • Whole dried milk 250 gm
  • Sugar 250 gm
  • Clarified butter 250gm
  • Green cardamoms 10
  • Melon seeds as required

 

 

Method:
Shred pumpkin first. Heat clarified butter then adds green cardamoms and let them splutter then add pumpkin and cook well. Now add sugar and cook well. Add whole dried milk, melon seeds and mix garnish with melon seeds and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon 1 stick
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Boiling water 2 cup
  • Teabags 2
  • Honey or brown sugar to taste

 

Method:
Add cinnamon stick, cinnamon powder and teabags in boiling water and let it boil for 5 minutes. Add honey or brown sugar and serve.
