Ingredients:

  • Pasta boiled 2 cups
  • Corn 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
  • Lemon zest 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Chili sauce 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Chicken boiled 1 cup
  • Onion small 1
  • Yogurt 1 cup

Method:
Heat butter add red chili powder, black pepper, chili sauce, salt, onion and lemon juice and mix well. Now remove from flame and take out in a dish. Then mix yogurt, corn, boiled pasta and boiled chicken. Serve with fresh coriander and lemon zest.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 6
  • Clarified butter 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Green cardamoms 2
  • Dried milk 1 cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Almonds, pistachios as required

 

Method:
In a blender add eggs, clarified butter, sugar, green cardamoms, corn flour and dried milk. Blend well. Then in a wok add this mixture and cook well. Once the mixture gets golden brown, add to the tray and spread it well. Lastly sprinkle almonds and pistachios on top and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton mince ½ kg
  • Rice (boiled) ½ kg
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Potatoes 2
  • Peas 1 cup
  • Carrots 2
  • Capsicums 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Yogurt 250 gm
  • Mix all spices (whole) 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Biryani essence few drops
  • Yellow color a pinch
  • Green chilies as required
  • Fresh coriander as required
  • Mint leaves as required
  • Oil ½ cup

 

Method:
Heat oil and fry onion well. Then add ginger garlic and mutton mince, cover and cook well. Now add tomato, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, whole mix all spices and all the vegetables. Cover and cook for 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Then in the yogurt add fresh coriander, mint leaves, green chilies and yellow color. Mix well and add to the mutton mixture. Now add boiled rice and biryani essence on top. Cover and cook for 30 more minutes. Serve hot.
