Ingredients:

  • Sliced potatoes 400 gm
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • Whole red chilies 3
  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 6-7
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Tomatoes 2

 

Method:
Heat oil add cumin seeds, whole red chilies and curry leaves when they starts spluttering then add tomatoes, turmeric, red chili flakes, salt, potatoes then cover and cook till it gets tender.

Ingredients:

  • Fish 750 gm
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1 cup

 

Method:
Mix all ingredients and marinate fish in this. Then heat oil and shallow fry fish in it.
