  • Chicken 1 kg 20 pcs
  • Onion ground 1
  • Green chilies ground 3
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch grinded
  • Ginger garlic 1 tsp heaped
  • Chili powder 1 ½ tsp
  • Salt 1 ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Tomato puree ½ cup
  • Oil ¼ cup
  • White cumin roasted / crushed 1 tsp

Ingredients for white sauce:

  • Butter 2 ounces
  • Flour 3 tbsp
  • Salt, ½ tsp
  • Pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard ½ tsp
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Water 1 cup

Ingredients for garnishing:

  • Eggs boiled and sliced 2
  • Potatoes boiled and mashed 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs 3 tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup

Marinate chicken with salt, chili powder, ginger garlic, cumin, turmeric, grinded onion and green chilies, coriander leaves and vinegar, keep aside for 30 mins. Heat oil, add marinated chicken, fry for 10 mins, add tomato pure, cover and cook till tender, make white sauce, keep aside.
To assembleGrease pyrex dish, put chicken mixture, arrange with boiled egg slices, top with white sauce, decorate with mashed potatoes, sprinkle with bread crumbs, dot with butter, sprinkle grated cheese, bake on 180 d for 20 mins.


  • Plain sponge cake of 3 eggs
  • Condensed milk boiled 1 tin
  • Bananas 6
  • Walnuts 1 cup
  • Whipped cream 300 gm
  • Chocolate & glazed cherries for decoration



Spread sponge cake on the bottom of a pie plate, sprinkle with any fruit juice, spread with toffee condensed milk, arrange bananas on top of condensed milk, sprinkle walnuts, spread with cream, decorate with chocolate decorations and glazed cherries.


  • Mince ½ kg
  • Onion fried /chopped 2
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Mustard paste ½ tsp heaped
  • Bread slices soaked in milk 2
  • Egg 1
  • Paprika ¼ tsp
  • Oregano ¼ tsp
  • Thyme ¼ tsp

Other ingredients :

  • Burger buns 6
  • Lettuce leaves as required
  • Tomato slices as required
  • Cucumber slices as required
  • Cheese slices 4
  • French fries to serve
  • Coleslaw salad to serve
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Butter and mayonnaise to spread


Method for patty:
Marinate mince with all the given ingredients, grinded bread and grinded onions, make into balls, flatten into patty, shallow fry in pan on low heat about 8-10 mins, 5 mins to each side.

To serve:
Heat burger buns, spread with butter and mayonnaise, put lettuce on bun, slice of tomatoes, fry patty, top with second piece of bun, put lettuce, slice of cucumber, another patty, cheese slice, top with final piece of bun, put on decorated cocktail stick in center, serve with fries and coleslaw salad.
