Let it cook till you beef changes color then add tomatoes in it, and then either you can add your own spices and yogurt in it or you can add any packet of Biryani masala in it. Let it cook for good 5-10 minutes, then add water till the beef is simmered in it. Finally let it cook for good 20 minutes to allow the beef to be perfectly cooked, then add some small pieces of potatoes and let it cook till the water is evaporated. Then set aside your gravy and make some delicious rice. Boil water and add rice and some spices in it, make sure the rice are parboiled not completely cooked. Then start layer rice and gravy and then again some rice and gravy, once that is done cover it and steam cook it for another 20 minutes and then your biryani will be ready to serve and eat!!
