Ingredients:

  • Beef fillets ½ kg
  • Onion 250 gm
  • Tomatoes sliced 2
  • Green chilies 6
  • Green coriander ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 4 tbsp

 

Method:
Boiled beef strips. Turn off flame when it’s done. Heat oil fries the onion till brown in color. Add crushed black pepper, salt, red chili, green chilies and beef cook till done. Add lemon juice, green coriander and chopped ginger, turn off flame. Add tomatoes sliced and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Split chickpea ½ kg
  • Milk 1 liter
  • Sugar ½ kg
  • Green cardamoms 6
  • Whole dried milk 250 gm
  • Almonds (chopped) 50 gm
  • Pistachios (chopped) 50 gm
  • Clarified butter 250 gm
  • Screwpine water 1 tsp
  • Yellow color ½ tsp

 

Method:
Soak split chickpea for half an hour. Then in the milk add lentil, yellow color and allow it to boil. Once the lentil becomes tender, turn off the stove and grind it well. Now heat clarified butter and add grinded lentil mixture. Also add sugar and cook well. Once the clarified butter comes on top add whole dried milk, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios and screwpine water. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Lastly dish out and serve hot.

  • Fish fillets 1 packet
  • Mustard paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oregano ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Barbeque sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp

 

Method:
Marinate fish fillets with mustard paste, red chili powder, salt, ginger garlic, oregano, lemon juice and black pepper for about ½ an hour. Then heat oil in the grill pan and grill the fish. Lastly serve hot with barbeque sauce.
