Ingredients:

  • Beef ribs ½ kg
  • Bell pepper sliced 2
  • Tomato sliced 3
  • Onion sliced 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic powder 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper crushed to taste
  • Green chilies 5
  • Barbecue sauce 1/3 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Vegetable stock or sparkling water 1 cup optional
  • Olive oil 1/3 cup

Method:
Preheat oven to 175 degree.
Salt and pepper the beef. Add BBQ sauce, garlic, tomatoes bell pepper and onions, green chilies, oil and stock.
Lay the beef (bone side down) in a baking dish, snuggle the ribs close together and cover with aluminum foil. I use 2 sheets of foil.
Cook 2 hour or until bone starts to separate from the meat and meat is tender.
Serve hot with BBQ sauce.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Potato ½ kg
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies chopped 5
  • Coriander leaves chopped 1/2 bunch

Ingredients for Dough:

  • Wheat Flour 2 cups
  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Warm water as required

 

Method:
Make dough with warm water and rest for 15 minutes.
Thoroughly wash the potato and boil and mash.
Add the red chili powder, salt, green chilies, and coriander leaves Mix well.
Take ball of dough and flatten inwards into a thick chapatti to about half of the paratha size you would like to serve.
The center of the chapatti should be thicker then the edges.
Take an equal size ball roll it add Potato.
And place it in the center of the chapatti.
Fold the edges inward and seal like a pouch.
Dust dry flour and lightly roll to as flat as possible without breaking apart the stuffing. Fry on tawa on medium heat.
Apply ghee on either side when done.
Serve with yogurt & pickle.

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber 1 cubed
  • Baby Spinach 1/2 cup
  • Banana 1
  • Turmeric powder or ginger sliced as required
  • Orange juice 1 cup
  • Almond milk /fresh milk 1 cup
  • Ice 1/2 cup

Method:
Add all the ingredients in the blender and serve chilled.
Because both have anti inflammatory properties

Ingredients:

  • Rice 2 cups
  • Nuggets 1/2 pack
  • Onion (chopped) 1
  • Tomato (chopped) 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Green chilies 5
  • Whole all spice 1 tsp
  • Vegetable stock or water 2 cups (optional)
  • Oil 4 tbsp

Method:
Soak the rice for 15 minutes.
Take a large wok add oil heat add onion and fry till golden.
Add cumin, all spice powder sauté, tomatoes, salt and cook for a minute. Add nuggets mix then add soaked rice and cook for 10 minutes until water is evaporated.
Now cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
Serve hot enjoy.

Ingredients:

  • Skewers 5
  • Boiled Pasta 1 packet
  • Tomato sauce ½ cup
  • Grated Cheese 1 cup
  • Sausages slices ½ cup
  • Olives as required
  • Parmesan cheese as required

Method:
Preheat oven 180c
Take skewers add the boiled pasta one by one.
Lay them on greased baking tray
Brush the tomato paste on to the pasta
Spread the grated cheese on the pasta.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
Put the sausages slices on the pasta.
Put some olives on the pasta
And bake it for 10 minutes until cheese is melted
Serve hot.
