Ingredients:

  • Boiled basmati rice ½ kg
  • Beef ½ kg
  • Peas 2 cups
  • Potatoes 2
  • Yogurt 250 grams
  • Dry plums 50 grams
  • Lemon 2
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala ½ packet
  • Tomatoes 2
  • Biryani essence few drops
  • Onion 2
  • Coriander ½ bunch
  • Mint ½ bunch
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Green chilies 4

Method:
In a pot add beef tandoori masala ,1/2 cup of oil ,1 tsp ginger garlic add and leave for ½ hour. Now cook on low heat .when meat tender then do the smoke .after this heat oil and fry onion then ginger garlic ,tomatoes ,peas ,potatoes ,carrot ,dry plump ,red chili ,salt ,turmeric ,ginger garlic add and cook for 20 minutes .when vegetables tender then add yogurt ,coriander ,mint ,green chili ,lemon add .finally add tandoori beef add then add rice and leave for 20 minutes and serve .

Ingredients:

  • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  • Boiled Lasagna sheets 1 packed
  • Beef mince ½ kg
  • Tomato paste 2 cups
  • Red chili (crushed) 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 packed
  • White sauce 2 cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Capsicum, olives, mushrooms 1 cup
  • Oil 4 tbsp
  • Ginger, garlic 1 tsp

Method:
• In mince add tomato, black pepper, red chili, garlic, oregano, salt and cook.
• When water dry then stove off.
• Keep tray in Lasagna sheets.
• In top white sauce and mince then tomato ketchup and second layer same to first layer.
• Lastly remaining mince and vegetables and add cheese.
• Then in woke keep stand on top keep Lasagna tray and covered.
• After this firstly high flame cook for 5 minutes then flame slow and bake for 45 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes ½ kg
  • Beans ½ kg
  • Tomatoes 250 grams
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Bay leaves 1
  • All spice powder ½ tsp
  • Green chili, green coriander as required
  • Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
Heat oil and fry beans then remove .now add ginger garlic and all spices add then add Potatoes and roast. Then add tomatoes and beans add and cook on low heat for ½ hours cook. Finally add green chili and green coriander add and serve.
