Ingredients:

  • Cinnamon 3-4 sticks
  • Poppy seeds 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Mace 1 tsp
  • Cumin ½ tbsp
  • Cloves 1 tsp
  • Whole black pepper ½ tbsp
  • Roasted gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cayenne pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Beef fillet 750 gm
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion fried and crushed ½ cup
  • Raw papaya 2 tbsp
  • Bihari masala 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Oil ½ cup

Method:
Blend cinnamon, poppy seeds, mace, cumin, cloves and black pepper well. Add beef fillet in bowl then add ginger garlic paste, yogurt, onion, raw papaya, roasted gram flour, coriander powder, red chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt and bihari masala mix well and leave for 2 hour. Heat oil in pan add layer of beef fillet one by one and cook on low flame for 20 to 25 minute till they done. Give a smoke of coal.

Ingredients:

  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped onion ½ cup
  • Milk ½ cup
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tbsp
  • Black pepper powder ½ tbsp
  • Salt as required
  • Chicken boiled and shredded 250 gm
  • Bread sliced as required

 

 

Method:
Heat oil add ginger garlic paste fry well. Add onion cook for 1 to 2 minute. Mix corn flour in milk add in onion. Add soya sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt mix well. Add boiled chicken cook for 1 minute. Let it cool. Roll bread slices cut into round sharpe. Stuffed fried chicken filling , dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs . cook in hot oil.

  • Chicken mix boti 750 gm
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tomato paste 2 tbsp
  • Cream 2 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Roasted and crushed cumin ½ tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Cashew 13-14
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Garlic 4-5 cloves
  • Ginger 1 inch piece
  • Green chilies 2
  • Water as required
  • Oil ½ cup
  • Cinnamon 1 piece
  • Cardamoms 1
  • Cloves 2
  • Green cardamoms 2
  • Whole black pepper ½ tsp
  • Bay leaves 2
  • Cumin ½ tbsp
  • Chopped green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Mint 2 tbsp
  • Green chilies sliced 2
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic as required
  • Cashew and almonds as required
  • Green coriander as required
  • Ginger julienned as required

Method:
In bowl add yogurt, tomato paste, cream, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin and salt mix well. Add chicken, cover and leave for 30 minute to marinate. In wok heat oil, fry cashew well. Add onion mix well. Add ginger garlic, green chili cook well. Remove and cool. Add onion, garlic mixture and water to form paste and keep aside. In separate wok heat oil add cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves, green cardamoms, black pepper, bay leave and cumin mix well. Add ground paste mix well and cook on low flame 4 to 5 minute. Add marinated chicken mix well. Add green coriander and mint leaves, cover and cook. Add all spice powder and black pepper cook for 2 to 3 minute. Garnish with ginger, coriander, cashew, almonds, green coriander and ginger, serve.

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Flour 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Condensed milk ½ cup
  • Cream 2 packets
  • Fruit cocktail 1 can
  • Flavored jelly 2 packet
  • Almonds 50 gm
  • Pistachios 50 gm
  • Whole dried milk 50 gm
  • Walnut 50 gm
  • Raisins 50 gm

Method:
Mix corn flour, flour and sugar in milk and cook. When it becomes thick add condensed milk. Let it cool. When it cool add cocktail fruit, dry fruits, cream, whole dried milk and jelly. Keep in freezer to set. Remove and serve.
