Ingredients:

  • Buns as required
  • Chapli kabab as required
  • Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp
  • Green chutney 2 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Onion rings as required
  • Tomato rings as required

For Barbecue sauce:

  • Chili garlic sauce 3 tbsp
  • Barbecue sauce 2 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1/2 cup

 

Method:

Heat oil & fry chapli kabab. Toast the buns from one side.
In a bowl mix all the barbecue sauce ingredients.
Now put barbecue sauce on a one part of a bun put chapli kabab on it. Add green chutney, onion & tomato rings. Put the other part of bun & serve.

Ingredients:

  • Beef 1/2 kg
  • Rice 3 cups
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 5
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Onion sliced 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
  • Whole spices powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Whole spices 1tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1tbsp
  • Chopped mint leaves 1tbsp
  • Green food color as required
  • Lemon juice as required
  • Fried onion as required

Method:

1. Wash the meat properly then boil it with ginger garlic paste till it’s half done.
2. Wash the rice and soak them. Set aside.
3. In a blender add a bunch of coriander leaves half bunch of mint leaves, 5 green chilies, 1tsp cumin seeds and 2tbsp water. Blend to make a thick paste.
4. In a pot add oil and fry onion till it’s golden brown, then add 1tbsp ginger garlic paste, saute and then add beef and fry it on a high flame till it changes its color.
5. Whisk yogurt add black pepper, all spices powder, coriander powder.
6. Add this paste in beef and fry it on high flame , then add green paste (3) stir fry till oil separates , add 1cup water salt and cover it and let it cook till meat gets tender .
7. Boil rice with whole spices and salt.
8. Layer biryani , first layer will be of rice then beef then add some chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves fried onion and then rice . On the top add oil green food color and let it cook on slow flame till aroma diffuse n the water dry.mix with light hands n serve.

Ingredients:

  • Boneless beef 1/2 kg (boiled)
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • Green chili paste 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Orange food color few drops
  • Whole spices powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg & mace powder 1/2 tsp
  • Paprika powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Onion paste 1
  • Oil as required

Method:

Cut beef in cubes and boil with ginger garlic paste. Add all spices and mix in bowl. Add lemon juice, all spices and few drop of color in it then mix in meat and marinate. Add onion paste, tomato paste and ginger garlic paste. Also add all spices mix well. Heat oil in wok add marinated meat cook for few minute. Add yogurt mixture, cover and cook. Add cream and mix for 5 minute. Add green coriander and julienned ginger, serve with naan.

Ingredients:

  • Chocolate biscuits 12
  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Butter 2 tbsp
  • Cream as required
  • Chocolate chips 2 tbsp

Method:
Put chocolate biscuits in a chopper blend well. Add melted butter & make a smooth mixture.
In a bowl add milk, cocoa powder and sugar mix well.
Now put this mixture in a pot & cook on stove for 5 min on medium flame. Now add chocolate chips & mix until they dissolved.
Now add 2 tbsp corn flour in half cup of milk, mix well. Put this corn flour mixture in a chocolate mixture and mix for 5 min till the milk becomes thicken. Turn off the stove chocolate pudding is ready.
Now in a glass or any cup put chocolate biscuits crumbs as a first layer of pudding. Garnish with whipped cream some chocolate biscuits crumbs chilled for 2 hours & serve.
