Ingredients:

  • Tortilla 2
  • Chapli kebab 4 pieces
  • Cheese slices 4 slices
  • Tomatoes slices as required
  • Lettuce as required
  • Mayo-garlic sauce 4tbsp

 

Method:

Assemble all the above ingredients in the tortilla as shown
Grill both sides on the grill pan
Cut into 2 halves and serve

Ingredients for chicken marination:

  • Chicken thighs 8 pieces
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Onion powder 1tsp
  • Garlic powder 1tsp
  • Chilli powder ½tsp
  • Thyme ½tsp
  • Italian herbs ½tsp
  • Cooking oil 4tbs
  • Lemon juice few drops
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Butter mushrooms 1 tin
  • Chopped garlic 3 cloves
  • Chopped parsley 1tbsp
  • Whipped cream ¾ cup
  • Butter 1tbs
  • Black pepper crushed ½ tsp
  • Salt to taste

 

Method:
Marinate chicken in the above mentioned ingredients and keep it aside for half an hour
Take a pan, put oil and sear chicken thighs. When both sides are golden brown, take it out
In the same pan put butter, sauté chopped garlic, add mushrooms, sauté for a couple of minutes
Add chicken, whipped cream, salt and pepper and let it cook over medium flame till sauce gets thicker
Garnish with chopped parsley

Ingredients for beef marination:

  • Beef strips ½ kg
  • Cornstarch 1tbsp
  • Soy sauce 1tbsp
  • Bicarbonate of soda ½ tsp

Ingredients for sauce:

  • Chopped garlic 1tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1tbsp
  • Dry red chillies 2 pieces
  • Chilli flakes 1tsp
  • Dark soy sauce 1tbsp
  • Light soy sauce 1tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1tbsp
  • Vinegar 2tbsp
  • Brown sugar 2tbsp
  • Oil 4tbsp
  • Scallions (green part) for garnish

 

 

Method:

Marinate beef in the above mentioned ingredients
In the pan, sauté ginger, garlic and red chillies and chilli flakes
Add beef strips and sear it till it evaporates all the water from the beef remains
Now add all the sauces and simmer on medium flame until the beef is glazed with the sauces
Garnish with scallions

Ingredients:

  • Melted butter 1 cup
  • White sugar ½ cup
  • Brown sugar ½ cup
  • Whole eggs 4
  • Crushed pineapple ½ cup
  • Shredded carrot 1 ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract 2tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1tsp
  • Nutmeg ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Baking powder 2tsp
  • Almond flour 1 cup
  • All-purpose flour 1 cup

Method:

Melt butter and let it cool in room temperature In a mixer, combine melted butter, sugar and eggs and mix it on medium speed Then add pineapple, carrot, vanilla and stir well Then add the rest of the dry ingredients and mix until all the ingredients have combined completely
Divide into 2 bread pans and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes
Cool before serving
