Ingredients:

  • Chapli kabab (chicken) 1 packet
  • Tomatoes (chopped) 250 gm
  • Black caraway ½ tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Curry leaves 4
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Fresh coriander 4 tbsp
  • Oil as required
  • Pomegranate seeds 4 tbsp

 

Method:
Heat oil and fry the chapli kabab. Then remove and set aside. Now grind tomatoes and Pomegranate seeds add to the hot oil. Then add black caraway, red chili powder, curry leaves, salt, cumin, ginger garlic and turmeric powder. Cook well. Now place fried kabab and add prepared sauce. Lastly add coriander and green chilies. Serve hot.

Ingredients:

  • Mutton (boiled) ½ kg
  • Tomatoes ½ kg
  • Onions ½ kg
  • Ginger, Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  • All spice Powder 2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
  • Coriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
  • Green Chilies 10
  • Cumin Seeds 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Coriander Leaves as required
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Lemon Juices 2 tbsp

 

Method:
In a pan, heat oil adds ginger garlic paste, mutton and fry till golden brown.
Add tomatoes, all spice powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, salt, black pepper, stock and cover it until water dries. In the end, add green chilies, onions and little fry for simmer. Add lemon juice and serve it.

  • Boiled Lasagna Sheets 1 packet
  • Carrots 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1 cup
  • Sweet Corns 1 cup
  • Chopped Tomatoes 1 cup
  • Cream ½ cup
  • Chopped Garlic 2 tsp
  • Lemon Juice 2 tsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Basil Leaves 6
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Red Chilies (Crushed) 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 50 gm
  • Cheddar Cheese 1 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup
  • Tomato Ketchup 1 cup

 

METHOD:
In a pan heat oil. Then add chopped garlic and fry.
Now add 1 cup carrots, 1 cup Capsicum, 1 cup sweet corn, 1 cup chopped tomatoes, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp oregano and 1 tsp red chilies crushed along with this add 1 cup of water, cover and let it simmer.
When the vegetables become tender, drain the water .Add 1 cup tomato ketchup and turn off the stove.
Then grease a tray and layer first the lasagna sheets, prepared vegetables, ½ cup cream, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese repeat this process .
Sprinkle with the remaining vegetables and cheese. Bake the lasagna in an oven at 180c for 20 minutes. Dish out, sprinkle with basil leaves and serve.
